The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.

The IQAC aims to ensure quality enhancement through systematic planning, monitoring, and evaluation while fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and governance.

Roles & Responsibilities of the IQAC

Quality Enhancement Planning
  • Develop strategies for academic and administrative quality improvement.
  • Prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
  • Promote a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
  • Ensure compliance with NAAC and UGC guidelines.
Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Monitor academic and administrative processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of institutional practices.
  • Recommend improvements and best practices.
  • Ensure continuous quality enhancement.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain records of meetings, plans, and academic audits.
  • Prepare reports for NAAC and management review.
  • Document institutional achievements and quality initiatives.
  • Provide guidance for accreditation and ranking processes.
Faculty & Student Engagement
  • Encourage faculty development programs and research activities.
  • Promote student participation in quality initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
