Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to address the grievances and concerns of students, staff, and other stakeholders in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

The Committee works to promote harmony and ensure that all grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters are resolved effectively while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Grievance Redressal Committee

Complaint Handling
  • Receive and acknowledge grievances from students and staff.
  • Provide a fair and impartial platform for complaint resolution.
  • Ensure confidentiality during grievance proceedings.
  • Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions.
Investigation & Resolution
  • Conduct inquiries related to grievances and complaints.
  • Recommend corrective measures and solutions.
  • Ensure grievances are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Promote transparency and accountability in decision-making.
Student & Staff Support
  • Provide guidance regarding grievance procedures.
  • Promote awareness about rights and responsibilities.
  • Encourage healthy communication and mutual respect.
  • Support a positive and inclusive institutional environment.
Monitoring & Improvement
  • Monitor grievance trends and institutional concerns.
  • Recommend policy improvements for better grievance management.
  • Prepare reports on committee activities and resolutions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in grievance handling systems.


Grievance Reporting Procedure
  • Contact the Chairperson or any Committee member directly.
  • Submit written grievances at the college office.
  • Email grievances with full details to the Committee at [email protected].

All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality and addressed promptly following institutional policies.
