Fee Refund Policy (As per UGC Guidelines)

Lakhi Devi Ramchandra Shukla Mahavidyalaya follows the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) regarding fee refunds to ensure transparency, fairness, and student welfare.

The refund policy applies to students admitted to undergraduate programmes offered by the institution. Refunds are processed strictly according to the approved rules and regulations prescribed by the affiliating university and competent authorities.

Refund Structure

100% Refund (After deduction of ₹1,000 as processing fee)	Withdrawal up to 15 days before commencement of the academic session
90% Refund	Withdrawal less than 15 days before commencement of the session
80% Refund	Withdrawal within 15 days after commencement of the session
50% Refund	Withdrawal between 16 to 30 days after commencement of the session
No Refund	Withdrawal after 30 days from commencement of the academic session

Important Guidelines

Students seeking fee refund must submit a written application for withdrawal along with the original fee receipt and required documents.
Refunds shall normally be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of the complete application.
The refund amount will be transferred through an appropriate and verifiable mode as decided by the institution.
The processing fee is non-refundable and applicable as per UGC norms.
The institution does not charge any unauthorized or hidden fee under any circumstances.

Grievance Redressal

In case of any grievance related to fee refund, students may contact the college administration during working hours. If the issue remains unresolved, students may approach the affiliating university or the University Grants Commission (UGC) through the appropriate channel.
